Marion County Warrant RecordsMarion County Warrant Records

Call the listed office before traveling. For Marion County cases, the issuing court can explain a docket or next step. The Clerk’s Office handles Circuit Court record requests, while the Sheriff’s Office can route law-enforcement questions. State the city and record type when you call, and have any case or ticket details available. An office may limit what it discusses by phone, so ask what identifying information or written request it needs. The county’s official directory can help identify the correct desk and current contact details.

This is not a court or law-enforcement office. The reference cannot confirm a warrant, change a docket, take bond, schedule a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court for case action and the Sheriff for service or agency routing.

Facility information

  • General Sessions filing or a court copy: call the Clerk. The county posts an $8 per-document copy fee and accepted payment forms. A copy request should identify the case or document; include a self-addressed stamped envelope for mailed copies.
  • Magistrate FTA, bond, or court date: call the Magistrates Office before going to the Highway 76 complex. The office notes security screening and limits on electronics and weapons in court areas.
  • Service or agency routing: the Sheriff page lists the public office number above but no separate warrant line or online roster. It does not promise a same-day all-court confirmation.
  • Custody or bond routing: the Detention Center is a contact for current custody instructions. The county does not publish a universal bond schedule or bond-window hours.

For a traffic record request, use the official county traffic instructions. That online payment route excludes the municipal courts.

City tickets and missed court dates should go directly to the named municipal court:

  • Marion Municipal Court: 1024 S Main St, Marion; (843) 423-8616.
  • Mullins Municipal Court: 151 E Front St, Mullins; (843) 464-0707.
  • Nichols Municipal Court: 514 West Mullins St, Nichols; (843) 526-2193.
  • Sellers Municipal Court: (843) 752-5009. Official directories differ on the street-number format, so call before visiting.

A written county FOIA request seeks an existing record, not a new answer about warrant status. The county FOIA page links the form, describes response periods and fees, and lists in-person, mail, email, or fax submission options. Confirm the current delivery address on that page before sending documents.
